ADRPS ARBITRATION & COMPENSATION REGULATIONS
Official procedural rules governing independent blind re-testing, binding dispute arbitration, and consumer advance compensation payouts.
EXPEDITED CROSS-BORDER ARBITRATION
Administered by the ICIA Supreme Advisory & Arbitration Committee (OA-COM) to protect global buyers and merchants.
Blind Re-Testing by Accredited OA-LABs
When a consumer or merchant files a dispute regarding CCGS grading accuracy or undeclared treatments (such as hidden [RC] resin or [C/D] coatings), the ADRPS tribunal assigns an independent, un-conflicted OA-LAB to conduct closed-book blind re-testing.
14-Day Advance Compensation Payouts
If the re-testing validates the grievance, the ADRPS Compensation Fund guarantees full advance payout to the buyer within 14 business days. The ICIA legal executive bureau subsequently recovers funds from the defaulting merchant’s deposited compliance bond.
