DISPUTE ADJUDICATION & RE-TESTING CLAIMS
If a certified crystal purchased from an accredited CABCS merchant is suspected of undisclosed treatments or inaccurate grading, consumers are protected by the ADRPS Escrow Guarantee.
Initiate a Blind Re-Test Case
Submit the specimen certificate ID directly to the ADRPS Directorate. Contested items are routed to an independent central reference laboratory for closed-door spectroscopic re-evaluation.
14-Day Advance Compensation
Upon laboratory verification of non-conformity (e.g. undisclosed polymer [RC] or dye [C/D]), restitution is disbursed directly to the collector within 14 business days from pre-funded merchant escrow reserves.
